Carla C. Prosper is a cofounder and partner of Prosper and Rodriguez, LLC. She was formerly an associate at a high volume law firm in midtown Manhattan. Ms. Prosper has successfully represented aliens in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and in hearings before the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services. Ms. Prosper's practice consists of all aspects of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Prosper and Rodriguez, LLC, also provides of counsel work to criminal defense attorneys who seek to counsel their clients on the immigration consequences of certain criminal convictions.
Ms. Prosper's undergraduate degree in International Business Management was earned at Villanova University and her J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo, School of Law. She is a member of the Bars of NJ and NY.
Ricardo J. Rodriguez is a cofounder and partner of Prosper and Rodriguez, LLC. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County for over 15 years. From 1998-2004, Mr. Rodriguez served as a Narcotics Supervisor in the District Attorney's Office of Bronx County, NY. As an Assistant District Attorney, he was assigned to the Major Case/ Housing Task Force where he prosecuted violent crimes committed in Bronx Housing Projects. Mr. Rodriguez has successfully represented clients in felony and misdemeanor matters in New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Rodriguez earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the Bars of New York and New Jersey and is admitted to the Federal Court in New Jersey and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of NY.
Susan B. Fagan-Rodriguez has more than 20 years' experience in Bankruptcy and Commercial and Family Law. She has successfully represented individuals and corporations in the Federal and State Courts.
She has extensive Appellate experience resulting in published cases and the creation of case law in both State and Federal jurisdictions. Her published cases include: In Re Fannie Askew, 312 B.R. 274 (Bankr. D. N.J. 2004); Bascom Corporation v. Chase Manhattan Bank, 381 N.J. Super 563 (App. Div. 2003); ATFH Real Property, v. Winberry Realty Partnership,A-1189-09 (Citation pending).
Ms. Fagan-Rodriguez earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science/English from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is a member of the State and Federal Bars of NJ.
